Terms.
Short, and in plain language. These terms govern your use of bellourne.com.
The publication
Bellourne is published by Bellourne Editions, London. Everything here is offered in good faith and reported as accurately as we are able. Where we are uncertain, we say so.
Copyright
Words, photographs and design are the property of Bellourne Editions or of the makers credited alongside them. You are welcome to quote a passage with attribution and a link. Republishing a story in full, or using our photography commercially, requires written permission.
Correspondence
Material you send us unsolicited, such as a note, a suggestion or a photograph, remains yours. We will not publish it without asking you first.
Accounts
An account is free and optional; nothing on the site requires one. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your password to yourself. Please choose a password of at least twelve characters, and one you have not used elsewhere.
We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully or to abuse the site. You may close your own account at any time from Your Bellourne, under Security and privacy; closure is permanent.
Registering interest, and the shop
Registering interest in a forthcoming piece is not an order, a reservation, a contract of sale, or a guarantee of availability, specification or price. It records only that you would like to hear more.
The shop is in preparation. No payment is taken through this site at present. Where payment is introduced, it will be processed by a regulated payment provider and the applicable sale terms will be shown before any purchase is completed.
Availability
We do our best to keep the site fast, stable and available. Occasionally it will not be. Bellourne Editions is not liable for loss arising from interruption, nor for the content of sites we link to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
